• The decision of Airwaves Media (Pvt.) Ltd., having its offices in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Gawadar pertaining to all matters of this campaign whatsoever will be final and cannot be challengeable.

• Airwaves Media (Pvt.) Ltd. reserves the rights to disallow / disqualify any winner or stop the campaign at any given point in time with or without notice whatsoever.

• If it is found the fraudulent utilization of the tickets, it is on Airwaves Media Pvt. Ltd. discretion to take necessary legal action.

• Airwaves Media Pvt. Ltd will not come across to any of the government agency in any circumstances whatsoever.

• Contestant taking part in the competition cannot change his/her name after registration.

• Winner will receive 2 round trip, economy tickets to Dubai or Abu Dhabi depending on the availability of seats. All taxes will be borne by the contestant.

• The Airline will be chosen by Airwaves Media and cannot be changed whatsoever or redeemable for cash.

• Winner's name will be announced on 20th May in Morning Fix.

• The prize will pass on to the runner up in case the winner fails to claim his/her prize within 48 hours of the on air announcement.

• The winner will be required to reside at the Hotel booked by Radio 1 FM 91.

• It is clarified (to discourage fraudulent claims) that if the participant(s) details would appears wrong than he / she will be disqualified from the contest.

• The tickets are valid to travel from Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad international airports to Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

• Airwaves Media Pvt. Ltd. Will not liable to pay or bear any expense born against the visit or travel whatsoever.

• It is solely be the responsibility of the winner to obtain visa and furnish other documentation formality whatsoever.

• Airwaves Media (Pvt.) Ltd. Will not be held responsible for any legal issue(s) may occur in Pakistan or abroad whatsoever.

• Winner should comply with international rules and regulations and Airwaves media (Pvt.) Ltd will not held responsible for any scam, lie, mislead of the winner whatsoever.

• The winning criteria would be based on the competition. This criteria can be subject to change at any point deemed fit by the company.

• If in case there is more than one winner than the winner will be determined by ballot/lucky draw amongst the persons qualified for the gift. The number of gifts shall however not be increased.

• Prizes will be given to the winner only by presenting the CNIC card and valid passport.

• The winner will be required to take the images of the accommodation provided along with the concert images.

• Winner is liable to give two on air interviews, one prior to the concert and one after the concert.

• Prize (s) should be taken from Airwaves Media (Pvt.) Ltd. designated offices in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Gawadar.

• The prize is valid only for the given days.

• Airwaves Media (Pvt.) Ltd., its parent companies and subsidiaries, their immediate family members for are not eligible to take part in this contest.

• The prize is non transferable.

• Travel must be completed within specified period for which tickets have been issued.

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transfer whatsoever.

• The promotion and these terms & conditions are not intended to create binding legal obligation, duties or consequences whatsoever on AMPL or any of the subsidiary companies but only set out the terms of the promotion. Such terms are not legally enforceable therefore they are binding in honor only on AMPL discretion.
